Improve model card: Add library_name tag

This PR updates the model card for Finnish-NLP/llama-7b-finnish by adding the library_name: transformers metadata tag. This helps users discover the model when filtering by library on the Hugging Face Hub, as the model is fully compatible with the transformers library.
